What this website collects, and what it does not.

Kvartera.se is a static website. It has no login, no database and no form. It sets no cookies, and so it does not ask you to consent to any.
Controller for this website
Kvartera, Stockholmhej@kvartera.seVisitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people read these pages. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not follow you between websites. We see aggregate figures — page views, referring site, country, browser and screen size — and cannot identify an individual visitor from them.
The lawful basis is legitimate interest: we need to know which pages get read in order to write them better. If you would rather not be counted, an ordinary content blocker stops the script, and the page works identically without it.
Server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel and traffic passes through Cloudflare. Both keep their own access logs containing an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and the browser used. That is a technical necessity for serving a website and for withstanding denial-of-service traffic.
Those logs belong to the providers and are governed by their terms. We deliberately state no retention period here: we do not operate those systems and have not measured what they keep, and a figure we cannot stand behind would be worse than no figure.
The only way to contact us from this site is an email address. If you write to us, the message is handled by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to a mailbox at Google. We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the conversation between us, and you can ask us to delete it at any point.
Processors for this website
Three providers are involved in getting this page to you. The product has more, and they are listed in the data processing agreement a customer receives.
- Vercel — hosting
- Cloudflare — DNS, denial-of-service protection, visitor statistics and email forwarding
- Google — the mailbox that email is forwarded to
Data inside the product is not ours
This matters more than anything else on the page. For resident data inside the product, the customer — the managing agent or the property owner — is the controller. Kvartera is the processor, and handles that data on the customer’s instruction and on nothing else.
If you are a resident and want to know what is held about you, or want it corrected or deleted, your manager is who to ask. They own both the data and the decision. We help them carry it out, but we cannot make it for them — and a software supplier that answered such a request directly would have gone around the party who is actually accountable.
Your rights
As a visitor to this website you have the right to know what we process about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to the processing. In practice the answer to the first is short: beyond any email you have sent us yourself, we hold nothing that identifies you.
Write to the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you may complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, the Swedish data protection authority.
