What shapes this module
How responsibility divides between owner, association and resident, what fields a claim actually needs, and how the drying period is followed up are hypotheses on our side and nothing more. We have not read the process closely enough to build it, and building on a guess is exactly how an invented requirement ends up in a database in front of a real insurance claim.
