What shapes this module
Mostly presentation of data we already hold — except storage units, parking bays and key fobs, which nobody holds today and which are the three things people actually ring about. Terminology is a setting because a system that calls a tenant a leaseholder is wrong in a way that is noticed immediately.
For residents
